Total Voting Rights Update

In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued capital consists of 252,401,622 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 252,401,622.

The above figure (252,401,622 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
